The 2nd Floor Studio is a private studio apartment located in Provincetown’s East End, just a ten minute walk from the center of town, McMillan Pier, where the ferry arrives daily from Boston.

Peak Season: June - September
$1,950 per week / $450 per night / 3 nights minimum
Weekly Saturday to Saturday

 

Off Season: October - April
$1,600 per week / $375 per night for 2 nights / $300 per night for 3 nights or more

Additional fee for Dogs $100 per dog per week (1 dog maximum)
Holidays (3 night Minimum)

Cancellation Policy: When we re-rent we refund.

17.45% Room Tax is applied to rental fees.
