The barn is located in Provincetown’s East End, just a ten minute walk from the center of town, McMillan Pier, where the ferry arrives daily from Boston.
Formally an artist's studio with a deck overlooking a flower garden, the barn accommodates 4 people just 100 feet from access to the Provincetown Harbor Beach.

Rates

Peak Season: June - September
$3,600 per week / $800 per night / 3 nights minimum
Weekly Sunday to Sunday

Off Season:
$3,000 per week / $700 per night for 2 nights / $600 per night for 3 nights or more

Additional fee for Dogs $100 per dog per week (2 dog maximum)
Holidays (3 night Minimum)
Cancellation Policy: When we re-rent we refund.

17.45% Room Tax is applied to rental fees.
