The Cottage is a private studio apartment located in Provincetown’s East End, just a ten minute walk from the center of town, McMillan Pier, where the ferry arrives daily from Boston.

Rates

Peak Season: June - September

$1,750 per week / $375 per night
Weekly Saturday to Saturday

Off Season: $1,400 per week and $300 per night (3 night minimum)

Additional fee for Dogs $100 per dog per week (1 dog maximum)
Holidays (3 night Minimum)
Cancellation Policy: When we re-rent we refund.

17.45% Room Tax is applied to rental fees.
